In June of 2020, Cranson Capital raised $19 million for the Plazacorp King Road Fund, a development project in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The development will consist of four phases of construction to build 255 units of single detached, semi-detached, and townhomes.

Located only 20 kilometers north of Toronto between the growing communities of Markham and Vaughan, Richmond Hill is a thriving economic hotspot with one of Canada’s most educated workforces and leading tech industry.

Construction on the project began in February 2021 and expected to reach completion in early 2024.
