In July 2023, Cranson Capital raised and invested $4,250,000 into the Plaza Partners - 1095 Kingston Road Limited Partnership. The funds were used to acquire an interest in an income-producing commercial property with future development potential in Pickering, Ontario. The site offers a unique opportunity for future growth driven by the City of Pickering’s vision for a mixed-use transit-supportive community along Kingston Road. LP’s intent is to increase the value of the property through ongoing retail operations and rezoning for future development.
