The Cranson Capital Purpose-Built Rental Fund comprises four projects across Southern Ontario, with two under construction backed by $103.5 million in CMHC-insured financing and two Toronto projects zoned and ready to proceed.

As condominium development slows and government incentives support new rental construction, the Fund’s projects are positioned to deliver between 2028 and 2030, when new rental supply is expected to be significantly lower.
