In December 2024, Cranson Capital completed a capital raise for the Cliffcrest Towns Limited Partnership and entered into a Development Management Agreement with Profile Developments to deliver a new community of modern townhomes at 5-11 Bellamy Road South in the Cliffcrest neighbourhood of Scarborough. Approximately $8 million has been raised to date.
This development will be built on a 1.875-acre site surrounded by amenities including parks, shopping, and public transit. The project offers a mix of three- and four-bedroom homes with an average unit size of 1,166 square feet.
Following the submission of a zoning application and its consultation, the project was expanded with an additional 31,000 square feet of density, totalling 146,000+ square feet, and the development of 11 additional townhomes.

This is a highly transit-oriented location, within walking distance of Eglinton GO Station and the upcoming Eglinton Crosstown LRT, which will feature two stations nearby: Eglinton GO and Mason Station at Eglinton Avenue and Mason Road.
