On Tuesday, May 26, we are hosting an investor presentation for Cliffcrest Towns LP, a proposed 110-unit stacked townhouse development in Scarborough, with Profile Developments engaged as Developer.
The project is designed around family-oriented three- and four-bedroom homes averaging approximately $800,000 per unit (~$660 PSF), within walking distance of the Eglinton GO Station and future Eglinton Crosstown LRT extension. The project is currently in the final stages of zoning approval.
