David S. Gasch is Director, Investment Sales at Cranson Capital, bringing a strong foundation in commercial real estate and a demonstrated commitment to both client success and community leadership.

Prior to joining Cranson Capital, David built his career at Marcus & Millichap, where he served as an Associate Director in the Toronto office specializing in retail, office, and mixed-use investment properties with a focus on Midtown Toronto. There, he honed his expertise in commercial real estate investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, while developing deep relationships across the Toronto market.

David holds a degree from Dalhousie University and is actively engaged in the broader Toronto community through his involvement with the Kehilla Residential Programme, where he serves as a Board Member and Events Chair. Kehilla is a non-profit residential housing initiative managing over 400 discounted affordable rental units across the Greater Toronto Area, while also operating a Rental Assistance Program that supports hundreds of households as UJA Federation's official housing agency. Kehilla's mandate is to identify and champion affordable housing solutions responsive to the needs of the Jewish community in the GTA.
