Profile intends to develop 64 residential units in a 4-storey stacked townhouse project.
Zoning, site plan and demolition approvals were successfully secured in 2024. The developer plans to demolish the existing building on the site in March 2025.
Pre-sales are expected to commence in Q3 2025, and the developer plans to start construction in Q1 2026.
