In January of 2022, Cranson Capital raised $11M for the Towncorp - Greenbriar Road LP for the purpose of developing a mid-rise condominium building in Toronto’s desirable Bayview Village neighbourhood. The property is located just south of Sheppard Avenue and East of Bayview Avenue featuring nearby shopping amenities and walking distance to two subway stations. The LP will enter into a Development Management Agreement with Towncorp to run the pre-construction development process and partner with Plazacorp to build, once zoning is in place. The proposed development features 169 units including 22 rental replacement units and 138 parking stalls.
