In July 2019, Cranson Capital investors closed on a $5.65 million investment in the Block (Vaughan Road) Developments Limited Partnership for the purpose of building a mid-rise condo building in the Bathurst Street and St. Clair Avenue West neighbourhood. The 15-storey mid-rise building will consist of 134 units with underground parking stalls and lockers. The building will be situated between two of the city’s most affluent neighbourhoods, Forest Hill South and Humewood-Cedarvale.
The below-grade construction has been completed. Above-grade construction is progressing and the structure is expected to be completed in Q2 2025. Work on the building enclosure and elevators will be starting in the coming months and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025. Occupancy remains on track for the end of Q2 2026.
