In May of 2020, Cranson Capital raised and invested $8.4 million into the Huntingdale Towns Limited Partnership and entered a Development Management Agreement with Profile Developments (formerly known as Map Group) to build townhomes near the intersection of Finch Avenue East and Pharmacy Avenue. Five blocks consisting of 81 freehold townhomes are being built on a 1.76-acre site close to several amenities including a park, shopping, and public transit. The homes will feature 2, 3 and 5 bedroom units ranging between 1,048 and 5,062 square feet.
Construction is progressing and the units are expected to be ready for occupancy between Q2 and Q3 2025, as each of the five blocks are completed.
