In November 2019, Cranson Capital investors invested approximately $8.4 million into the Huntingdale Towns Limited Partnership (the "LP"). The LP acquired the retail plaza at 3051-3079 Pharmacy Avenue and entered into a Development Management Agreement with Profile Developments to build 81 townhomes on the site. The development is built on a 1.76 acre site, close to several amenities including parks and shopping facilities. The development is in the immediate vicinity of a TTC stop and is minutes away from Highway 404 by car.
Construction is complete with remaining inventory available for purchase.
