Cranson Capital Securities Raises $4.25M for Plaza Partners - 1095 Kingston Road Limited Partnership

TORONTO, August 4, 2023 – Cranson Capital Securities Inc. is pleased to announce the closing of a $4,250,000 offering for Plaza Partners - 1095 Kingston Road Limited Partnership (the “LP”). The funds were raised from accredited investors to acquire an interest in an income-producing commercial property located in Pickering, Ontario.

The LP's objective is to increase the value of the property through continuous retail operations and rezoning for potential future development.

The property is located on Kingston Road adjacent to Highway 401 and offers convenient access to transit and amenities with the Pickering Town Centre and Go Station, a five-minute drive away. Additionally, it is serviced by bus routes on Dixie Road and Kingston Road. The property is expected to benefit from the City of Pickering’s ambitious plan to create a vibrant, transit-supportive community, with a higher density mix of uses along Kingston Road.
