In February of 2020, over 200 Cranson Capital investors participated in a $19 million offering for the Plazacorp Vaughan Metropolitan Fund to develop a two-tower high-rise condominium in Vaughan, Ontario. The development plan will feature 2 towers, 47 and 49 storeys high, and will contain a total of 1,100 residential units with underground parking. The site is located on Doughton Road in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (“VMC”) between Jane Street and Highway 7. VMC is Vaughan’s new downtown core with convenient access to transit and will consist of office, retail, and institutional space including close proximity to York University and the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital.
